Beauchef is a rational sans serif typeface created by Juan Pablo De Gregorio and published by Latinotype. Especially created to satisfy the requirements of University of Chile Center for Mathematical Modeling, Beauchef is characterized by rough texture of strokes and a structural peculiarity. Although it may look too serious, it reflects the main mathematical attributes in terms of measurement, shape, proportions, dimensions, relationship and properties of points, lines and angles. The accuracy and correctness of forms improve perceptibility and endow the words with the solemnity and calmness of mathematical procedures. This typeface is carefully designed to bring a cool (as mathematical formulas) and well-balanced (as resulting figures) look to your projects.
